Welcome to Mile High Gymnastics! I’m Janene Christensen, founder and owner of Mile High Gymnastics, and I am so grateful you’re here.
Gymnastics has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. I began competing in club gymnastics at a young age, training for six years before becoming a Level 10 National gymnast for two years. The sport taught me discipline, resilience, confidence, and perseverance, lessons that have shaped every chapter of my life.
My gymnastics journey earned me a full athletic scholarship to Brigham Young University, where I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Health Science and competed at the NCAA National Championships. I am also a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Certified coach and maintain CPR and First Aid certification to ensure the highest standards of athlete safety.
